By creating a grepapi account or using the grepapi API and CLI (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation.
grepapi is a command-line lead-research tool. It plans searches for your stated ideal customer profile, and — from data your own machine fetches (you bring your own browser) or that public search engines return — scores, deduplicates, and enriches results into a lead list with suggested outreach briefs. grepapi does not itself fetch web pages on your behalf, and it does not write or send outreach for you; a completion-ready brief is returned and your own tools act on it.
A free plan is available with usage caps. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe; by upgrading you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the CLI (which issues your Stripe billing-portal link); cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
Your accounts, ICPs, and lead lists are private to your account. To improve enrichment and deduplication, grepapi maintains a shared graph of public business facts (e.g. a company's domain, region, phone) contributed across accounts; your private lead lists, notes, and outreach are never shared. See the Privacy Policy below.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Lead quality depends on your inputs and third-party sources; grepapi does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, deliverability, or any business outcome. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, grepapi's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see Privacy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by French law; disputes are subject to the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
This policy explains what personal data grepapi processes, why, and your rights under the GDPR.
When you research an ICP, the Service processes data about business contacts (names, company, public profile links, business phone/email, public post snippets) that your machine fetched or that public search returned. For this data you are the data controller and grepapi acts as your processor, processing it on your instructions to score, deduplicate, and enrich it. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process and contact these people, and for honouring their rights and any opt-outs.
Lead data is retained per your account's retention setting. You can export or erase specific entities (and the leads referencing them) at any time via the CLI erasure command, which writes an export record before removing the data. To delete your entire account and its data, contact hello@intrane.fr.
Data is stored on our server hosted in the EU. We use Stripe (payments) as a sub-processor. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising or LLM-completion on your lead data — outreach copy is generated by your own tools, not ours.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Email hello@intrane.fr to exercise them. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority (CNIL).
